Father wants to hand over deeds.

My father would like to hand over the deeds to his house to me. It is fully paid off with no mortgage. Is he able to do this by filling in a form or does he technically have to sell it to me. He lives in NSW, I live in QLD.
thank you

This is where a good real estate or estate attorney could be very helpful. There are ways to transfer, put into trusts and other ways of doing it, they need to look at many issues.
