motion for recovery of rent money

how do i go about to stop my landlord from trying to recover moneis that i pay into the court every week pending the appeal hearing in supreme court this scumbag is a slumlord and that's the reason this is going to court i don't have a lawyer because i can't afford one and it's been hard because he has a good lawyer now he's trying to get the money that iv'e been paying weekly into the courts.his lawyer put in a motion for recovery of rent money paid into court.how can i stop him from getting this do i file a seperate motion?can somebody please help me thank you
