eviction rights when it comes to foreclosure

I am currently renting a home and I have a 1 year lease... the landlord apparently hasnt been paying his morgtage and I want to know if due to the fact I have a year lease can they evict me and my daughter?

If the house is foreclosed upon, you can be evicted.
