    Eviction process in Philadelphia, Pa
    What is the procedure for starting the eviction process for a tenant that is 4 months behind in their rent. The tenant is located in Philadelphia, Pa.

    Have you sent them a formal vacate order? That's usually the first step. You can check the PA laws from a link in the sticky at the top of this forum. Or contact your local civil court for the procedure.
