    Eviction for Non Payment of Rent after determination of rent hearing
    A Eviction for Non Payment of Rent is in process and a determination of rent hearing has already been heard in the State of Florida. The Judge order the tenants to pay rent due within 24 hours. If tenants pay the court ordered amount, how much longer do the tenants get to stay in the house?

    If they pay up and keep current they can stay as long as their lease says.

    How much longer is the lease? It sounds like you want them out as soon as legaly possible.

    I'd make sure to send them a notice that the lease will not be renewed in advance of that time. In accordance to local laws.

    Again... landlord/tenant rights vary considerably from city to city or state to state. It helps to know what city/state to be able to find out what applies in any given situation.
