Foreclosure and Relocation Fees

God Morning,

I am being foreclosed on by my 2nd trust deed for 10,000.00 She carried back a second of 20,000.00 for me at the close of escrow. I have paid her half and now the remaing balance is due and payable. I am current with my first but I know the law states that she can now foreclose and possible become owner again. If that happens and I have to be evicted am I allowed to ask for relocation fees even though we donot have a tenant -landlord agreement? She will kick me out like a tenant.
