As a Tennessee resident, what is required to add my son to my residence deed?

Go to the home page and click on the Real Estate Law forum. Near the top of the list is a sticky post on how to add someone to a deed.

As Lisa pointed out, there is a "sticky" at the top of this forum that should answer your question.

However, you need to understand there may be some tax consequences to this move. Essentially you will be gifting a share of the home to your son. This would make you subject to gift taxes. So I would consult with a tax specialist before you do this.
