evicting a relative when there is no signed lease

how can we evict my wife's sister from my wife's condo, where wife's mother and wife's sister reside? Sister has no lease, has been freeloading for 4 years and has a history of domestic violence and drug abuse. We are concerned about Grandma's health, she has had 2 strokes already, how can we get the deadbeat out of there? if we go the normal 60 day plus unlawful detainer, Grandma may have another stroke
