Evicting an adult child

What is the process for evicting an adult child in the state of Florida?

I'm not sure about Flordia but in Michigan when I tried kicking my drunken father out of my apartment the police told me he did'nt have to leave for 30 days even though he wasn't on the lease. The reason for this is because he was using my adress as his mailing adress. I'm sure the law is similar if not the same in flordia

i would agress give them a month to get there stuff and go and mabey evn wite a statment saying the date and by which date they have to be moved out by so that if they dont you can call ur local coppers to escort them out and if they have nowhere to go mabey take them to a local shelter or w.e.
