"Smoke" has it right - she's an invited guest in your home (or at least at one time was an invited guest) and in the eyes of the law that makes her your tenant (that's the legal term) so you have to evict her under the laws of your State.
The Police will not get involved as this is not a criminal matter - unless, of course, she is violent or there is a problem which enables you to get a retraining order against her.
She would have to be evicted - I know. This amazes everyone but the Police are not going to get involved. Your grounds are that you don't want her there.
