If they are having sex where it is visable, you call the police.

If hey are making noise late at night, you call the police

If you are judging them because of thier social class you need to get on your knees and ask God to forgive you.

Of course people who own thier homes would most likely speak the same way about people who rent apartments so one should realise that your "trailer park" is "those apartment people" to others.

Unfortunately you can not pick your neighbors and often once the 'bad' ones move out you can end up with worse. You can tell your landlord they are being a public nuisance and call the police for certain things but pick your battles or you could end up coming off as others seeing you as the problem. If it is a neighborhood problem maybe get the neighbors together to complain. Not that much will be done about it but if the landlord and police are not aware of the problems then they definitely wouldn't be able to do anything.

And you should have bought a thousand acres of land right next to the lake, so you could go jump in it.

I found your comment extremely insulting.

If you are too ignorant to know how or when to dial the police, then either learn how, or live with it. While you're learning, you might also try to learn that the type of house or apartment someone lives in has nothing to do with their quality as a person.

Perhaps, this is just fate for you to be able to learn an important lesson.

Just because you lived in a house with no downstairs neighbors for who knows how many years means nothing. You do not own the building - someone else does. You are a renter just like the other people are. Just because you deem them trash or whatever, oh well. You know that defacating or urinating in public is a no no. You also know that having sex in public is a no no also. Are you so naive or afraid or too good to call up the police and tell them about this? Apparently you are. What you CAN do if you want to have a little fun - you can buy one of those 1million candlepower flood/flashlights and shine the person taking a poop or peeing in public and loudly exclaim "I see you!" Or when they are mating on the lawn - shine your blinding light on them and happily invite the entire neighborhood to come view the free show. The choice is yours. I think you can buy one of those spotlights for under $30. Have fun. You can call the Health Dept and report the human feces in the yard.

Must be very tiring for you, having to judge people, sort out the "apartment" people from the "trailer" people. I understand in some places there's even a "homeowner" class of people to contend with.

I'm working on why the new neighbors are unaccpetable becuase they are "crude, ugly ... and just had a child." I get the crude and ugly part but must admit some confusion over the "just had a child" part.

Somehow I find it difficult to believe that your neighbors are "pooping and peeing" in your backyard and you can't figure out what to do, what authority to call. If you can't figure out how to help your family I'm sure no one here can either.

There are no laws against being disrespectful - there ARE laws against bigotry.

Or if you don't like the neighborhood any more since "those" people moved in you can always find another neighborhood that you like better. Have you phoned the landlord and asked him if the plumbing is properly working in the apt below you? He should come back with a baffled response. Then you can happily explain the absence of a PortaJohn in the yard is rather disturbing to you as you feel that he should install one for the downstairs neighbor's use. You could also inquire if the downstairs has a bedroom and advise landlord it's not being utilized but the back yard is.

Be happy they are not taking their baths in a kiddie pool. I once had a neighbor who's plumbing was kaput. Both he and his 2 girls and wife all took baths in their kiddie pool that was outside in their side yard. When I called the cops out to complain I was told essentially to mind my own business and unless the cop saw it there was nothing he could do about that. So be happy they are not taking their baths in a kiddie pool and had to look at their naked uglyness.
