deed transfer

hi please can some one give me some help i purchased my property with my mum and dad 7 years ago so on the deeds is my name and my mum and dad,s i now want a place of my own and want to transfer the deeds into my mum and dad,s name only how do i do this with out it costing a fortune or through a solicitor.

Ok, not sure where you live, but normally all you do is have mom and dad sign over thier share of the home to you, and get a new deed written and filed. Not a large cost at all

Fr_Chuck has the correct process but I think he may have misunderstood what you want to do. You aren't having mom and dad sign it over to you, I think you sign it over to them. I think thats what you want.
