Title Deeds

I have re-married and want to add my husband's name to the deeds of my house.
What would this entail?
What would be the approx. cost

I would merely visit a title company or a real estate attorney in your area.

Basically, you file a quit claim deed that transfers ownership to you and your spouse. Using a titlke company or real estate lawyer is best to make sure its done right and should only cost a few hundred dollars.
