Counter Offer

Is it possible to cancel a counter offer that has been accepted? If so how should I go about doing it?

Hello walkers:

It would depend entirely on how your offer was written. Most realtors write in several contingency clauses that would give you an out. Hopefully, you had your contract written by a professional.

You need to sit down with the agent you are working with, or a realestate attorey and go over the contract word for word and find what options there are.
