claim a quit claim deed

Hello every one , i need your help really bad , and i dont have a lot of money to spend on a lawyer and court and etc... i bought this commercial building with 2 parcels the front first parcel is garranty deed clear and the rear parcel have a quit deed no warranty and i new that when i bought it..............and i think im the third owner..........now <<<< what happened the rear parcel have to building build on the land 50x 20 parcel.. i use it for myoffice and stock room for my business and i have a quit deed when i bought it and now the owner of the shopping center saying that i stole it from under him , now what happened , is i think the first owner got a quit deed and build the 2 building on it. and since then when he got the quit deed he been paying taxes on it and he passed away and his wife sold it to another person and this new person been paying the taxes on it also because the quit deed transfer to his name and now i boiught it last yr.......and i paid the taces on it and the buyer transfer the quit deed to me under my name , and now the owner of the shopping center saying that i stole it from him ans he want me to sign the quit deed back to him...............or he will bull does the 2 building on the rear parcel the quit deed can he do that???? i need some help please tell me what i should do and he is the meair of the town been a bully and etc.......he is treating me that he will trear the building down and he will take me to court and he want me to sign the deed back to him............and he said if i sign the quit deed back to him , that he will let me used the rear parcel where the 2 building at as long im there...............and i have to pay the property tax and insurance on it like now and when he deside to sell i have to sell with him on a fair market price .....................please help me out im desperate thanks hani , by the way i dont know what kind of aggreement they have in the past with the first owner 20 or 25 yrs ago. and now he want to come to my side and claim it on my territorey thanks hani
