Can someone tell me what is the whole eviction process

How do I evict someone who is not a tenant and refuses to leave the property in the State of California.

While that may not have a lease they could still be considered a tenant. You need to provide more info. There is a link to CA law (though more from the tenant side) in the sticky at the top of this forum.
