    California Rental Pet Deposit Law
    What is the amount allowed by law for a landlord to charge the tenant for a pet deposit to allow them to have a dog in the rental?

    Deposits - cleaning, pet, key are ALL included in the amount allowed under 1950.5 of CA Civil Code.
