I'm in the process of purchasing my first house. I live in a large apartment complex and my lease expires in October. Is there anyway I can legally get out of this agreement? Help!!

You can ask them to let you out ? hey you never know till you ask.

You can see if you can sublease the apartment to someone else.

You can see if they will try and find someone else to lease your apartment.

You will be liable to pay the rent till they rent it to someone else or your lease ends.
