Need to break lease due to Relocation
Hi - Can you please help me!
I move to VA just 7 months ago and have a 2 year lease. My job is relocating me to another state. Is there anything I can do to get out of the lease?

    Thanks in advance

Sub lent your apartment to someone else for the remainder of the lease.

Sub letting may or may not be permissible - check your lease.

I suggest going to your landlord to see if he'll offer you a buyout and then see if your employer will either help with it or pay it off outright.
