    Boyfriend won't move out
    Been with boyfriend 4 years and we have spit up about 8 weeks a go but he won't move out I don't know what else I can do I have told him police will come and he don't seem to care

    When he goes out pay for locksmith take day of change locks so he can't get in cut clothes up and through clothes out he can't get you done for it

    We need more info here. Do you own or rent? If you own, who is on the title? If you rent, who is on the lease?

    If the dwelling is yours, you need to evict him. How to evict depends where you are. When asking a legal question you need to give your general area as laws vary.

    The police will not do anything unless there is a domestic violence issue. And please ignore leorio's advice since that could get you in big trouble.
