    Bad landlord
    I moved into my house in December after I paid the land lord my money he tells me that I cannot use the garage at the property I said fine I thought maybe it was just something wrong with it but then I see him coming back and forth out the garage so I say to him if you are going to be using it take 100 dollars off my rent he to me no so me and my husband one Saturday were having a barbcue he just walk into the back yard and started taking things out the garage so me and my mom told him that he couldn't do that and now hw wants me to move I have a year lease amd he wants me to move he took me to court to put out for no reason I pay my rent on time every month I just don't feel that that is fair:mad:

    What did they say in court?
    When you rent he is not suppose to come and go on the property if it is rented entirely to you. Does it say anything about the garage in your lease?
