    Assumable mortgage
    Hello,

Where would I find properties that I could assume the mortgage? Is there any website that specializes in this? Any info would be greatly appreciated

No, you will have to work with local realitors, but most mortages now adays are not assumable, esp because of the flux in interest rates.

Also in most you can't just assume but will have to be approved by your credit.
