    Apartment Lease Breakage CA
I have recently signed a lease agreement for 6mon in CA Bay Area. I would have to break it in an earlier time due to I found a new job in Southern CA for a different employer. Is there any way that I could break my lease legally without me getting to buy out the remainder of the lease. Subletting would be a very nill chance for me to find as I would be moving out in a few weeks time.

I've read job relocation would be a legal reason, how does it work? Any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Call your landlord and find out your options. If you live in a rent control area, you should check the rules and regs. Once you find out your options, talk to the HR people at your new employer about a "relocation package" whereby they assist with any buy-out fees.
