Adding a person to a Deed
If there are several people on a real estate deed and 3 of them are deceased, is it still possible to add someone else to the deed?

You would want to clean up the deed. It depends on how ownership was listed. You can't just add someone to a deed, the owners have to deed the property to themselves and the new owner.
