Adding another person to a title

A year after buying my house, I made a mistake in adding my girlfriend to the title. We have recently separated and she wants half of the house. I cannot afford to buy her out, nor do I want to sell my house and it hurts to have to give her half. What options do I have to remove her from the title? If none, other than those mentioned, is it possible for me to add my parents to the title without her consent so that at the time of sale she would only be entitle to 1/4 rather than 1/2? If so, what is the process?

Thank you.

I think that if she's half of the title, she's entitled to half and you can't do things without her consent, as she's half in charge. You also will probably not be able to remove her from the title without her consent, I don't think.
