5 Day Pay Rent or Quit

If I am given a 5 day notice to pay rent or quit, in Nevada, on a commercial property lease, is a lien automatically placed on my equipment or do they have to file for a lien and serve notice, also how long do I have before they physically lock me out?

Hello again, md:

I didn't know it was a commercal lease. Residential landlord/tenant law doesn't apply so I can't help.

However, I'm sure a lien STILL has nothing to do with it. In order to get a lien, you have to WIN a lawsuit first. Winning a lawsuit doesn't happen overnight.
