Re: Classes

Would you please correct this if necessary

One day, I had an idea that if I could convince the company to start a GED program at their facility, it would be conveyance for me. Therefore, when I got off from work, I wouldn’t have to drive some twenty-nine miles to school to take the GED classes everyday, I could take them there. I had a meeting with the company and they agreed to have the GED classes held here at
the plant. Their ground rules were, If I couldn’t get x number of people to sign up, that they would start a GED class, and also provide the materials, bear the expenses, and bring some one in to teach the classes. So I recruited twelve people to sign up for the classes. The company kept its promise and the GED classes schedule was set up and posted on the bulletin board at work.. This was a six weeks course. Out of the twelve, only two graduated

One day I thought of suggesting that the company provide a GED program at their facility. It would be convenient for me since I wouldn't have to drive some twenty-nine miles to school every day after getting off from work. So I met with the company representatives and they agreed to have the GED classes held here at the plant. Their ground-rules were that if I could get x number of people to sign up, then they would provide the materials and the teacher. So I recruited twelve people and the company kept its promise. Soon the six-week course schedule was posted on the company bulletin board. Out of the twelve, only two graduated.
