Fear and motivation
What exactly does this quote mean?
"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face... you must do the thing you think you cannot do." - Eleanor Roosevelt

It means to face your fears and don't let them get the better of you.
You can not learn and gain from things you avoid because you fear them.
