Six Sigma Analyze Phase

As I am carryout a Six sigma project and have completed my Measure Phase, I would like to know what are the various tools available in the Analyze Phase to review discrete data.

By review of discrete data if you mean analyzing discrete data, following tools can be used depending upon the number of discrete variables involved.

- Pareto Diagram
- Chisquare Test
- Stratification
- Dot Plot
