Hello,
I wanna come up with EXTERNAL factors that may be affecting the shipping department of a firm causing late shipments arrivals, shipments missing some items, etc. that affect specific customers.
I've done some paretto diagrams that show that for customer A the main type problem is late shipment arrival. For customer B is missing paperwork, etc. So the question I'm asked to respond is "How might this information help you to target in on the underlying causes of the various problems in ABC’s shipping department"?
I already pointed out some INTERNAL factors such as poor communication, communication channels, the department's organization. But now I can't think of some external factors that may affect customers in different way.
