| Advise in controlling operator We have work instruction in place to request operator to close the tray with cover immediately after they remove out the parts.
Operator has to take out the part for visual check, and sometime may use air blower to remove the foreign material.
Then, they will put back the part back to the tray.
The reason why the tray needs to immediately close is because, during air blow process foreign material may drop into it.
When part is put back to the tray, foreign material may attach on the parts.
This will cause customer reject.
Unfortunately, operator always against the work instruction as according to them, this will create double job to them.
We already provide briefing and retraining to all operators but still encounter similar problem.
How to ensure the operator really follow work standard? |
