Phase 1 enviromential report

I am in the process of purchacing a small fuel distributorship. It is an older business. Started by 76 in the 1930 . It has cleared a phase 1 enviromential report . It has 4 20000 gallon fuel tanks on site. The land consits of about 1 3/4 acres. Should I be conserned about taking on the property? Would apreciate any advice.

Thanks Paul
