Buying a new car

Hello,

Im going to buy a new Dodge Dakota and I have a "greeen slip" (Crysler employee price). The dealer has to get me 4% below his cost of the car. There is no bardering here. Ive never used a green slip b4, how do I get the best offer for my trade-in?

I want to get all the incentives plus max value for my trade-in then I want to hit him with the "hey, im an employee of Crysler".

I dont kow the best way to do this.
