I met a man just over five years ago. we dated for three months, but it never really took off. i was very kind to him, probably gave too much. gave a gift and birthday dinner. it was a sexual relationship. Finally he just "poofed."

Every year or so I'd get an email from him saying hello and that's it.

Finally two years ago he called and we spoke. I was very nice and asked why he was calling. he said that he remembered how nice i was, escpecially when he looked at his gift. he said he liked me and wanted to meet up again. I was busy at the time and never confirmed a date with him.

Jan. 2008 I text msg him and he was happy to hear from me and started to pursue with steady phone calls and invitations to his new home for dinner. after a couple months of long phone conversations he started to grow on me so I went for dinner.

I thought we had a great time. slept with him. not going to beat myself up about that. i wanted to to. he kissed me good-bye and said I'll call you.

two days later i called him. he never returned my call.

I'm august 26, 1959, he's december 17, 1955.

what happened? will he be back?
