    Why am I having dreams about my son's father?
    Okay so for the last 3 night I've been having dreams about my son's father. Mind you I'm engaged to be married. I haven't seen or spoken to him in a year and our son will be 1 on Friday. Idk if these dreams are from the fact that our son's birth is coming up or what. But in the dreams he comes to my son's birthday party and my fiancŽ flips out asking why is he here and that he was never around to begin with. Another dream I'm at my ex's house spending the night while he's living with his girlfriend. =/ The 3rd was the same as the first one. What could be causing these weird dreams... I don't know if it's a sign or what but it's making me uncomfortable. Before he decided he wanted nothing to do with our son he was around but he changed his mind... I said okay and went on with my life... It hasn't bothered me because my son deserves better and I know that so I let him go. But why all of the sudden am I having these dreams?

    Dreams are your subconscious mind acting,, it is just something you feel deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep inside and these feelings come in the form of a dream. Do not take dreams seriously...
    I feel your very tensed, hence the dreams,, relax,, talk to your fiancée,, let him know how you feel,, it might help...

    I think you're having these dreams because maybe even just a teenie part in your wants your son to have his biological father in his life. But these are just dreams. Your ex doesn't want to be a part of his son's life and he's irresponsible. You can, however, just forget those weird dreams because they're not real. It's just a fantasy because maybe your ex will never ever be around for his kid.

    Don't worry because your dreams can't hurt you. You just need to be strong and don't let those bother you or distract you from doing things that you love. Those dreams should not be keep you from being happy. You can even use those weird dreams to improve the quality of your life and engagement to your fiancé.

    Make it a habit to eat a balanced diet because sometimes an unhealthy diet can cause our nightmares. Eat fruits before going to bed instead of foods rich in fats.
