Please tell me my fututr will bring me

My DOB is 2nd June 1974. i got married on the 10.01.1998 but the marriage did not last long. i got separated on the 31.12.1999 and divorced in Dec 2003. I am currently in love with a guy who is 7 years younger to me . he is born on the 16th.August 1981. I have been going out with him for 3 years and 2 months. I some times feel if this is right for me or not? I am not sure if this work out or not? Please help me?

Since with all this complications my progress in career has not gone well. With my separation from my husband I came to Australia and studied for 3 years where I met my current partner. I just started to work (more than 1 year). I am one of the best workers in my team. But I never been offered any leadership role or any promotion. People who do meet less targets than me has been offered many position. I am not sure why I have to suffer all the time. Will I have a good career one day…………….please help me ; I do not have anyone to talk to

i believe you need to leave australia, its as if a black cloud hangs over your head here. i do not think you are truly happy as you have yourself believing you are. or this is the personaa you want others to see, but it is not the real you. its as if your soul is saying will the real me please stand up already.
you do not feel fulfilled in your life. i do not feel that your partner is as there for you as you want him to be. you seem to keep pushing your will but to no avail in your relationships and at work. at work you have learned all that there is to learn from this particular relationship and it is time to move on, in more ways than one.
the man appears to be there for you but very indepedent. you used to be indepedent and that is what drew him into you. but you seem stuck or afraid to reach out and do something different or new. this is not like you either. you both are bored and he will fret at the thought of living somewhere new. oh will he fret, but he loves you and he will follow you.
family is important to you and you seemed to have left that all behind. you miss them more than you know. brand new energy awaits you, a whole life you left behind. the real you. there is so much more to you than what is in australia. peace ranieri
