It happened about a year ago. I was sleeping and I wanted to wake up and I did. (I usually do that if I feel like something bad is about to happen). So I woke up and couldn't move. And I could see this thing it was black kinda shadow like holding me down. And everything kind of calmed down since I had my house blessed. But now I have this feeling of someone watching me. And it usually isnt in a scary way except at night. (I get reallllyyy scared at night) And it's not in a bad i want to hurt you way but in a I admire you kind of way. But no ones there and I don't like it. I asked a psychic a while ago about my relationships with people and she said I have a block in my aura and I have a negativity around me which I just happen to stumble upon. (She wanted a thousand dollars to stop the problem. So I said no) But do yall think that that's my negativity and if it is what is and how can I get rid of it?

I don't know about negativity , but I have also been where you have been. I woke up one nite trying to scream and wake up my husband up but I was paralyzed. I could not move. I felt someone just floating over me. I don't know if I was having an out of body experience or if someone was actually holding me down.

It is rare, but that also happens to me. I never saw a shadow hovering over me, but it felt as if I was being held down. Does it only happen when you sleep on your back? I find it only happens when I sleep on my back after a long deep sleep! Im not sure what it is caused by? Perhaps our souls have gone for a little wander or perhaps there is a medical explanation!
