for a year I feel that I am connected with my spirit guide, I get instructions to draw shapes like squares, crosses, circles and lines which I can't understand.
I need help understanding these shapes I know I must show it to someone but I don't know to whom. can you help me please?

Greetings! Drawing shapes that have no meaning to you sounds like you may be receiving spirit contact. There is a psychic modality called Automatic Writing that begins in the way you describe. You can be sitting down with a piece of paper and a pen and perhaps looking at something else without wishing to actually draw or write when suddenly your hand begins to move and starts drawing things. It usually begins with circles or spirals but then can lead to writing sentences although they are usually not punctuated and may run together.
Have you begun to do this or is it merely confined to the drawing of pictures or figures? If it is the latter, then that could also be an indication of being prompted to draw what is called Spirit Art. It becomes more pronounced over time and both modalities can also be learned with instruction and practice.
The subconscious part of your being may be trying to communicate, via this method, information that may need to surface. Do let us know how things progress but remember to always say a prayer of protection when the desire ensues. The Lord's Prayer is very protective as is the 23rd Psalm. The reason being that when one starts to do work like this, even though it may appear frivolous at first, it can also be the work of "opportunistic spirits". In the world of spirit, most spirits are overly anxious to communicate with incarnates and when they see a "partially open door" they will make haste to try to get in and communicate. So, always err on the side of caution should you wish to proceed.
Another possibility, since you mention squares, crosses, circles and lines, is that you may be receiving telepathic communication that relates to ESP. There are tests that are given by those in the field that involve just that type of writing. If you are receptive enough to receive such communication (from those who are actively participating in some place in the world at that time), it may be the energy transference that you are picking up that makes you draw those figures. Remember, distance is no object with telepathy! Again, use Caution, as discussed previously, if proceeding.

Fold the pages in half, then double that, turn the paper around so that it is facing the direction for you to easily grip, cut the paper into small sizes, use one piece to write down the number for a good psychologist, and throw the rest away.
Interesting, that although there have been responses to the original question, that fajuma hasn't logged back onto this site since December 21, 2007 at 02:48 A.M. in order to respond in turn to the responses that have been given.
I would still appreciate an answer to the original question that I asked. "What do you mean, that you get instruction to draw the shapes that you do, please?" Too many things can be taken for granted in the interpretation as to how fajuma is coming up with being able to do the activity which was inquired about in the original question.
