| FAX Printing Poorly HP Office Jet K60
Fax machine is HP Office Jet K60, up until now working great for an older machine. The black ink cartridge ran out, replaced it with Black 45, as always. Message says, "Press Enter to Align Cartridges", as usual, but the process always fails and the faxes are very, very poorly printed. I tried a second cartridge. Rollers seem to be very clean, cartridge is making good contact and is snapped in properly.
How do I get good faxes?? We are a small business and this is extremely important!
