Canon i350 print head not installed?

I have a problem with printing to a printer Canon i350.I changed the ink head and I decided to print,
"The appropriate print head is not installed''
I pulled and cleaned the head and again displayed the same error.If it is dirty - what else can become the head?

Make sure you clean the gold contacts both on the printer and the head (70 or 90% rubbing alcohol) and also make sure the print head is locking down correctly. Do the gold contacts appear idendical, do they line up on the head and where they will make contact in the carrage? If you got the wrong part the contacts may be slightly different.

The contacts are clean.The head is well placed.Can be damaged.
