Cannon C755 printer

I have a Cannon C755 multipass printer and everytime I print something it prints correctly for about 2 inches from the top of the page and then it skips about 2 inches of the intended text and prints the rest of the page.

Any suggestions.

How about the image printing????? What software are you using for the text printing? What is your operating system? If the same happens at the image printing, this could mean that there is any damage in the printer's memory. Try printing a test page \with printer disconnected from the computer, if the same problem persists - call the service, or buy another printer.
