there is no time of the month when there is no risk of pregnancy.
Regarding the "high risk of becoming pregnent" [sic], women are generally most fertile during the period starting 4 to 5 days before their ovulation, and 1 to 2 days after it. Ovulation normally occurs about two weeks before menstruation, but every woman is different, so all mentioned timeframes can and do vary.
