Before, during, after, yes if you had unprotected sex, and she is not on birth control, she can become pregnant.

anytime you have sex, its a possibility, whether you are using protection or not. no form of protection is 100% accurate. If you are worried about her becoming pregnant, then use two methods of birth control (pill and condom for example) or don't have sex at all.
