hey im pregnant i dont kno how many month or weeks i hve but i just find out yesterday im so hppy, but i hve a quetion why im getting like cramps but is not really but it hurts can you help me thanks

Cramps are normal it's cause by your uterus expanding and making room for your growing child.... Trust me it's worse with twins
