What is this pain in my ovary?

Hi

For the last 5 days I have had a really uncomfortable dull ache in my left ovary. It has been constant and I have also had headaches for these days too. My last period finished on the 15th october. I thought maybe it was just me ovulating but it seems to be too early? I also have lots of clear discharge too. I had intercourse last night and the pain although still there seems to be a little better. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. Not sure if its too early to do. I'm not too clued up on these things. Any advice any one could give me as too what this pain could be I would be extremlely gratefull!

It may not be too early to be ovulating so it may be from that. Some women have some pain right before, during, and/or after ovulation.....and it may not happen every cycle. If it continues, let your doctor know....might also be a cyst, which can be quite common and sometimes will cause discomfort.
