They cant always affect your chances it depends on what STD you have and whether theres a chance you could pass it on to your unborn child. I think you should speak with your doctor.

if it was a bacterial vaginal it could be treated but if that person wants to have a baby it would affect the baby and that person wouldnt get to have the baby vaginal it would have to be c-section

There is no such thing as bacterial vaginal (to my knowledge), but there is bacterial vaginosis (as stated above).

Where did you get your information from regarding the c-section part of your post?
