never kept track of cycle

i guess i never felt compelled to participate in that time honored tradition of drawing a big red circle on the calendar. whenever the doc asks about my cycle i always guesstimate or lie (very sweat mustache inducing)...now i actually need to know and i cannot remember when my last period was...i mean i know i've had one within the last month, but in this circumstance...exacts would be helpful.
am i the only one???

Nope u r not the only one. I would never keep record of my cycle either. I always get cramps a week before that's when I knew I should be ready. And like you, it was every month but I never circled the date. I now am because I am trying to get pregnant. But I think if you are sexually active and trying or preventing pregnancy you should start doing so now. Or if you are not trying to get pregnant try using birth control. Hope this helps! GOOD LUCK

the good news is that i absolutely will start keeping track...red circles and all.
the semi-bad news is that i think i definitely feel pregnant, but so far i'm negative. and i need to figure out when my next period will be so that i can then figure out when to be alarmed.
