Have you been to your doctor yet?
I would suggest setting an appt with your doctor and getting a pre-pregnancy workup. This will include bloodwork to check your hormones and make sure they are at the right levels to achieve pregnancy. They may want to have your partner tested at this point as well. Almost all doctors won't step in to help (with medications or tests) until you have been trying "naturally" for 12 months...as it can take most healthy couples that long to concieve.
There are many things at home that you can do such as ovulation tests, tracking your BBT, etc. I would also suggest getting the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It is the best fertility book ever! It teaches you do much about your body such as signs of ovulation, how to track ovulation, and other methods to increase your chances of getting pregnant. I got mine on EBay for like $10
Good luck!
