Okay all you pregnant mommies-to be out there I have yet another question for you. My nose has been running all day and I feel slightly congested. What is safe for me to use while I am pregnant? I know saline spray would be okay, but does anyone have any good suggestions? Or know what worked for you? I don't want to walk around sniffing all day, and practically leaving a kleenex shoved up my nose

You could try the nasal rinses which is are bottles that come with little salt packets. You mix them with the purified water and rinse your nasal area. It works for me when i don't want to take any medication.

I think your talking about a Netti Pot; they are great! It is a lot like the saline solution sprays though but much more comforting.
