Sore Nipples

I have been experiencing very sore nipples for the past week or so. My period is not due for another 2 weeks and I am always very regular. I have in the past experienced slightly sore nipples maybe a day or so just before my period. I had unprotected sex on April 5th and according to a fertility calendar, I would have began my fertile time period on or around April 4th. I have not experienced any other pregnancy symptoms, however, I was a little nauseaus about 3-4 days ago but I wasn't feeling well at that time either. I know that it is too early for a HPT, but do you think I could be pregnant?

You may be pregnant. Have you consider going to the doctor and having a blood test done. If you are pregnant. The pregnancy hormone will show regardless of how far long you are. I think this is your best bet and would allow you time to decide what you would like to do.

Any time you have sex, unprotected or not, you run the risk of pregnancy. The earliest sign/symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Tender nipples can be a symptom of pregnancy, but can also be a symptom of premenstruation.

Unfortunately you are now playing the waiting game. You will have to wait to see if you miss your period.
